You are invited to shop at Hammonds House Museum's Holiday Bazaar for the holidays and get unique artworks, jewelry, textiles, home decor and more for everyone on your list!  Free parking! Free entry!

The Hammonds House Museum is accepting applications from local artists and vendors who offer unique high quality artworks, jewelry, textiles, home decor and gifts for our 2018 Holiday Bazaar. All artists and vendors with artisan, handmade, or one-of-a-kind goods welcome.

December 15th & 16th

12 PM - 7 PM

Space Allocation:
6 ft x 6 ft (includes table & 2 chairs) 

Fees & Deadline:
$150/weekend upon registration. November 30, 2018 is the deadline.

Confirmation of Acceptance:
Confirmation of acceptance will be communicated via email upon receipt of registration.

Submission of Images and Set-Up
Please send four (4) digital photographs of your materials and setup once your register. Send images to business@hammondshouse.org. Jpeg images and scanned photographs are acceptable.

Identification Signs & Table Set Up
Signage of a professional nature with business name may be used. All participants must bring their own table cloths and any required set ups.

Load-In & Load-Out
Bazaar hours are 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Participants have the option of setting up between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM on Friday evening or waiting until 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Detailed load-in instructions will be sent via email prior to the participation date.

The participant will transact all sales and all proceeds will go to the participant.  It is the participant’s responsibility to collect the combined city, county and state sales tax of 8.9% from all customers.

Each participant exhibits all works at his or her own risk. If insurance is desired, it must be arranged and purchased by the participant. Hammonds House Museum does not assume any liability for loss, damage, or theft of work or display materials.  LIMITED SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED.

Responsibilities of the Participant:
Each participant must be present with his/her items during Holiday Bazaar hours.  Each participant is responsible for providing relief personnel to maintain the space. No participant may sublet to another participant. Each participant must limit sale items to the medium represented in the submitted photographs; Hammonds House Museum must approve exceptions PRIOR to inclusion.  Participants must have their displays open and ready for the public at the beginning of designated opening hours and remain open through the designated closing times.

Hammonds House Museum Staff reserves the right to ask for the removal of items or displays not representative of the photographs submitted during the application process; to remove any objects in violation of the rules and regulations listed herein; and to prohibit anyone from opening his/her booth late. Furthermore, Hammonds House Museum reserves the right to bar any participant from participating in the Market for NON-COMPLIANCE. Such an occurrence will result in loss of all fees (no refunds), in addition to removal from the premises.  

Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued in the event of vendor cancellation.

Music Sales:
The sale of recorded music (CD’s, cassette tapes, LP’s) or movies must be approved by Hammonds House Museum.  Unauthorized recorded music or movies (VHS’s & DVD’s) are prohibited.
