Membership and Individual Giving

membership and Individual Giving

The support of patrons, community, colleagues, and friends through membership and giving is vital to the growth and sustainability of the museum. That is especially true at this moment during the pandemic, and our ongoing collective fight for justice. For 34 years Hammonds House Museum has presented artists and scholars who have told the stories of Black Lives in America and throughout the African Diaspora. We have been the balance to systemic racism, inequity, discrimination and exclusion while also being impacted by its residue through inequities in funding and resource development which has resulted in the museum being chronically under-resourced and undervalued.

Members experience the Hammonds House Museum in the best way possible. Member privileges include unlimited free admission, private exhibition previews, valuable discounts at our museum store, and much more. Your support as a Hammonds House Museum member provides important support for outreach programs that enrich the lives of the West End community and metro Atlanta.

We will continue to present work centered in the Black experience and provide a platform for diverse voices to tell the stories of the past, present and future of a people. The journey will be transformative. Won’t you join us? Please scroll down to find the membership or giving level that is right for you.
