Dr. Otis Thrash Hammonds (1929-1985) was a highly respected patron and involved member of Atlanta's arts community. He was the first African American owner of the home Hammonds House Museum resides in and is the namesake of the museum.  Friends of O.T. Hammonds provide direct support to the work of maintaining our Permanent Collection. Your support will assist us in the critical tasks of conserving, digitizing, cataloging, storing and preparing a touring exhibition of the collection.
